- ALeader has many registered patents for its technology. Our high end technology was acknowledged and approved by many SMT committees including IPC members and we won many SMT Vision & Innovation awards.
Hardware Development
The technology goals (Applications) we covered at the other sections of this web-site. In this section we will try and share our approaches to the HW quality.
The core technology we developed by ourselves like the optical model. We divide it (from R&D point of view) for two parts:
Camera & Lenses – We cooperate with leading German companies that has a lot of experience and well established manufactured and QA system. We developed with them custom made Camera & lens that are tailor made for our system and is produced only for us.
The second part we design and produced in our facilities. We build state of the art QA system and as example each one of the LED we produce is individually check before and after assembly.
Combining those method we gets high end reliable machine.
The result is long MTBF and minimum failures.
Aleader system is a very stable system that scans fast. We chose to make it with large weight so we can accelerate and stabilize in a short time.
The 22 Inch LCD screen make the GUI and interface very convenient for the user.
Throughput - Faster than your Production
AOI Speed or How fast is an AOI
1. Scan time – ALeader AOI has one of the best scan times in the market
2. Handling time (taking the PCB from the magazine, placing on the AOI taking it back to the magazine) - Usually it is 2-4 times of scan time.
a. ALeader can run both sides on single program it means you can just turn the PCB and the SW will do the rest
b. The agronomic user friendly built will take care this time will be as short as possible
3. Review Time – Review time is highly influenced by the number of FA the user need to review and the decision time it takes to decide if an alarm is true or false.
a. ALeader AOI with less than 4 FA for 1000 components saves you review time
b. The Enhanced 3D picture get all the data into 1 picture that enable to get decision about good/No good in much less than 1 second
c. High pass rate – PCB's without any false will save you review time
d. Those parameters will ensure that your user will not miss a defect when the machine will find it
4. Classification time
a. Our custom madeclassification categories enable you to define the name you use for in any language and to save time
b. The keyboard classification method based on the right side of the keyboard match to the Num-Lock area will do it intuitive and fast to classify.
